Resolved

Threat Stack is in the process of migrating our service deployment infrastructure. This migration includes changes that more tightly restrict network ingress and egress. We transitioned and tested our login service last Friday, however there were longer running connections that did not get reset as part of this test. These connections got reset this morning, causing an outage. We've updated our testing guide so that it does not happen in the future.
